Volunteers of America Texas has long-term and short-term volunteer opportunities. In order to protect our client's rights and the sensitive nature of our programs, a volunteer application and a criminal background check must be completed before an assignment can be made. Volunteering in our ongoing programs often demands dedication, patience, and a one-year commitment. Volunteering can change a life; it just may be your own.
