The Volunteers of America Texas Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) has expanded its services to more people in need of financial assistance in the Houston area, thanks to a grant received from the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Volunteers of America Texas is a longtime provider of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We help those we support live full and happy lives.

We are committed to helping those struggling with addiction gain sure footing in sobriety so that they can reclaim what was lost and become productive members of their families and society.

Safe, affordable, permanent housing for at-risk groups – seniors, families facing poverty, individuals with mental and physical disabilities and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Helping homeless veterans find safe, affordable housing, supporting their individual needs and providing a pathway to success by conducting job training and other supportive services.
