Vocational Opportunities & Training Services

The Volunteers of America Texas Vocational Opportunity and Training Services (VOTS) Program assists individuals with disabilities, or other employment barriers, to find and maintain competitive, integrated employment.

VOTS provides training opportunities for individuals with disabilities to build on the strengths and desires of each person and their families to develop services to improve their quality of life. The wishes and desires of the individual as well as their family are the building blocks we use when designing supports and services.
