- Major systems: HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair/replacement
- Exterior cladding
- Accessibility repairs
- Roofing
Application Documents:
- Application form fully filled out and submitted
- Driver’s license or state identification card
- Social security card for all household members (or permanent resident card)
- Property deed
