The Home Improvement and Preservation Program (HIPP) Major Systems Repair Program (MSRP) offers qualified low- and moderate-income homeowners assistance in the form of a forgivable loan up to $24,000 for necessary repairs, including:

Services:

  • Major systems: HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair/replacement
  • Exterior cladding
  • Accessibility repairs
  • Roofing

Application Documents:

  • Application form fully filled out and submitted
  • Driver’s license or state identification card
  • Social security card for all household members (or permanent resident card)
  • Property deed
