Small victories aren't small.

Help us make more.

Our workforce services help struggling Texans find work and manage their money.

We especially focus on:

We help them thrive with things like:

He’s the will. You’re the way.

The difference is personal.

Workforce support is just one of many ways we help the most vulnerable in our communities achieve independence.

When anyone enters any of our programs, we work with them one-on-one to learn about the challenges they face. Then we connect them with the other resources they’ll need – such as affordable housing – to overcome those challenges and thrive.

Volunteers of America (VOA) Texas is a faith-based organization that empowers individuals and families to overcome obstacles to reach their full potential and thrive. The local affiliate of a national nonprofit run by “volunteers” in the original sense of the word (those who serve others as a vocation), VOA Texas has a staff of more than 350 paid –- often certified – professionals. Founded in 1917, we reach more than 11,000 people each year in more than 30 urban and rural communities statewide.
