Maureen Beane turns 100!

Maurine’s 100th Birthday

Maurine Beene, the resident at Park Meadows Apartments in Fort Worth, celebrated her 100th birthday on Easter Sunday. The staff at Volunteers of America Texas threw Maurine a party, invited her family, and cooked brunch which was served on fine china. Director of Marketing and Communications, Ericka English, reached out to Maurine’s favorite team, the Texas Rangers. While her favorite player, Joey Gallo, wasn’t allowed to make a personal appearance due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team sent Maurine loads of memorabilia, including an autographed baseball from Joey Gallo.
